Refund Policy

All donations are considered voluntary contributions toward our charitable programs and are generally non-refundable.

However, we recognise that errors can occur.

Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:
Duplicate transactions
Incorrect donation amounts entered in error
Unauthorised transactions

If you believe a donation has been made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at info@kriyasakthi.org, including your name, donation amount, date, and transaction reference.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Kriya Sakthi reserves the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
