Kriya Sakthi is an Australian registered charity committed to the highest standards of governance, transparency, and accountability.
Kriya Sakthi is endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) Item 1 in accordance with section 30-15 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997. Donations of $2 or more are tax-deductible in Australia.
All donations are applied toward our charitable purposes, including education, feeding programs, community development, women’s empowerment, healthcare support, and humanitarian relief. While we aim to honour donor preferences, funds may be allocated to areas of greatest need to ensure effective and responsible use.
Kriya Sakthi maintains proper financial records and complies with reporting obligations under the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) and relevant Australian laws. Financial oversight is provided by a governing body responsible for ethical conduct, compliance, and the responsible stewardship of funds.

Dr Jagatambe Narayani
Director & President
Dr Jagatambe is a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience, alongside more than 15 years guiding values-led communities and over a decade of nonprofit board service. She works closely with trusted partners in India, engaging directly with communities most in need. A university medal recipient, she brings deep expertise in governance, communication, and strategic leadership, guiding Kriya Sakthi with integrity and care.
Kellie Bright
Director & Vice President
Kellie is a business leader with over 30 years’ experience across international health organisations and wellness retreats, and a psychotherapist of 20+ years. With more than a decade in the nonprofit sector, she brings strong expertise in governance, compliance, and organisational culture. Kellie has advised senior leaders on communication and complex organisational challenges, and has led community-focused wellbeing and service programs for over a decade.
John Pearce
Director & Treasurer
John is a CPA Accountant with over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. He brings expertise in financial governance, ensuring transparency and compliance with AASB reporting standards. As Treasurer, John supports Kriya Sakthi’s mission to promote benevolent projects in rural India by overseeing acquittals and safeguarding donor trust in alignment with ACNC external conduct rules.
Dianah Bailey
Director & Secretary
Dianah is a senior technology counsel and GAICD graduate with over 15 years’ experience in corporate law, governance, and ethical innovation. She brings expertise in technology law, privacy, AI ethics, and nonprofit governance, advancing strategic frameworks that align best practices with the board directives. Dianah is committed to fostering donor trust through collaborative, compassionate leadership.
Christos Walker
Director & Board member
Christos is a psychotherapist and meditation teacher with two decades of experience in mental health and contemplative practice. He supports Kriya Sakthi through expertise in wellbeing, charitable programs, and ethical governance.
Natasha Curry
Director & Board Member
Natasha is a purpose-driven CEO and leader in wellbeing and social impact, with a background in senior leadership at Macquarie Bank. As CEO of A Sound Life, she leads programs across healthcare and community settings and has secured significant funding while building strategic partnerships across corporate, government, and philanthropy. She brings expertise in governance, strategy, business, and partnerships to support Kriya Sakthi’s growth and impact.
Jemma Parsons
Director & Board Member
Jemma is a business strategy leader with over 25 years of experience across consulting, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors. For the last 7 years she has held a regional strategy and market development role at Apple. She brings expertise in strategy, research, and international development, and contributes to Kriya Sakthi by providing strategic guidance informed by her decade of experience working in international development, focused on education and governance across Indonesia and East Timor.
Jennifer Nurick MA
Director & Communications
Jennifer is a passionate clinical psychotherapist, energy healer, author, podcast host, wellness influencer and Director of the International Energetic Healing Association (IEHA) with 20+ years of experience in the field. She has spent her career in private practice and contributing to the not for-profit sector. Jennifer brings expertise in communication and media to support Kriya Sakthi’s work.
